Our Kebabs

Chicken Shish

Fresh pieces of chicken breast prepared with our special Milestone marinade: yogurt, curry powder, fresh garlic, flaked pepper, pepper puree, lemon juice. Flame grilled to perfection, served with Pitta bread and salad.

Lamb Shish

Best Quality Lamb pieces prepared with our special Milestone marinade: yogurt, pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice. Flame grilled on a skewer, served with pitta bread and salad.

Kofte

Best quality lamb mince, combined with freshly chopped green pepper, onion, parsley, and pepper puree. Flame grilled on a skewer, served with pitta bread and salad.
